PCSOFT established in 1988 with a purpose to develop integrated system for finance , inventory and production accounting. Such system was developed and installed for the first time in 1992-1993 in a Pune based company. The company is happily using the system and is fully satisfied . The Investment in system has paid back itself long ago. Over the period with addition of new customers, new functionalities were added and solution has grown into full-fledged ERP system covering all functionalities, which any manufacturing company needs. In the process, the solution got matured has enriched in functionality . Since solution has evolved over period, it is not theoretical or copybook type but is based on hard-core industry experience and takes care of actual business processes, which are being used by industries. This makes Int-E-View more friendly and down to earth.

Int-E-View has been sold to more than 300 sites. Experience gained and requirements mapped of these sites have made Int-E-View versatile and a true ERP solution which works across various industries e.g. heavy engineering, light engineering, pharmaceutical, ancillaries, food, projects, IT, construction, Process Designing, etc. Functional requirements of these varying industries have enriched Int-E-View to a great extent e.g. Pharma industry requirements for item master and engineering industry requirements for item master are completely different. Int-E-View takes all these variations in its stride and effortlessly delivers it to users. Int-e-View therefore can boast of multiple processes for handling same functionality which very few of international solution offer.

Acid test of thoroughness of software solution is in its ability to handle all of its aspect. How does one do it and prove it ? PCSOFT devised a simple test. Any commercial organization deals with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, employees, banks, depositors, investors, group companies, depots etc. Int-E-View has considered and mapped all possible transactions with these entities. This is test of thoroughness. This gives us confidence to boast that more than 85-90 % of any customer requirement are met from our standard solution.

In 1988 when PCSOFT started development of the solution, it was DOS Novell era with character-based technology. Then came 16 bit windows- 32 bit windows- Client/ Server systems and now latest WEB enabled solutions. Int-E-View being only product, PCSOFT has always kept pace with new emerging technologies and has upgraded its solution to new up-to-date technologies. Presently Int-E-View ERP solution is available on WEB enabled, Client / Server, Windows and non-RDBMS platforms. Features and facilities, which are available in Int-E-View, are available identically on all these platforms. In fact PCSOFT offers unique advantage to its customer to seamlessly migrate from lower platform to higher platform without having to re-train end-users or without having to re-enter data which is already captured in the system. There is no disruption in working, even customization if any that may have been done for peculiar use of customer, and it will also be available in higher version. Our business policy also protects money investment of customers e.g. when a customer wants to migrate to higher version, PCSOFT charges only incremental price for higher version, thereby giving rebate for investment made by customer already .

Cumulatively PCSOFT has put in more than 1000 man years to develop and perfect Int-E-View ERP solution. Today PCSOFT is a company with 100+ strong professionals working on development, R & D (new product applications, testing & optimization), implementation and support. These professionals comprise of professionals like MBA, ICWA, BE, MCA, MCM, etc. Average age of people in PCSOFT is around 32 years. Attrition levels are way below IT industry standard. Some of the core people are with PCSOFT for over 15 years. Turnover spectrum of PCSOFT clients range from Rs 5 crores to Rs 3000 crores.

Indian Business laws are one of the most complex in the world. Int-E-View has been successfully handling same for more than a decade now. Requirements of other countries in world are much simpler than India. Therefore it goes without saying that for Int-E-View it would cake walk. Many of Indian requirements including basic components are parameterized and are user definable in Int-E-View, thereby making it directly usable in in any environment.

Int-E-View also offers unique advantage of migration from lower platform to higher platform e.g. one may start with lower platform and then migrate to higher platform. Whatever customization . modification that has been done for a customer will also be available in higher version , so there is no disruption is work. In other ERP solutions , customizations are done by implementing agencies. Those customization may or may not work in higher versions as original company is not aware of the customization done. Further the team who may have done customization may not be around. Thus customers get stuck with lower version . Benefit of new development is not available to existing users.

Most of 80 professional that we have are in development and implementation . Flexibility has been built in these professionals also e.g. if we have more work on implementation , people can be channeled to implementation and if we have more load on development customization , people can be transferred to development . This flexibility gives immense power to PCSOFT in terms of ability to undertake implementations of any size and any number of implementations.

There can be various kinds of relations ships eg lead partners , marketing partners and Implementation partners . The commission is directly proportional to the efforts and resources put by the Channel partners.
